By submitting the registration form on this website for the APAC Data Center Leadership Summit 2026 (the “Summit”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not register.

3. Eligibility
This Summit is a closed-door, invitation-only, board-level event intended for senior executives and professionals in a business capacity. It is not directed at, or intended for, individuals under the age of 18.
The Summit is made available to registrants located in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and South Korea. We do not knowingly make this event available to residents of China, Australia, or New Zealand.
4. Registration and confirmation
Submitting the registration form does not guarantee a place. We may accept, decline, or place your registration on a waitlist at our discretion. A registration is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation communication from us.
5. Event format, changes, and cancellation
The Summit is currently scheduled as a live, virtual, 60-minute session on 8 October 2026 at 10:00 AM IST (convertible to your local time zone using the tool provided).
We may change the date, time, speakers, agenda, or delivery platform, or cancel or postpone it entirely, at our discretion. Because this is a free, invitation-only registration of interest with no ticket purchase, no monetary refund is applicable. If you wish to withdraw your registration, you may do so at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 2.
6. Recording, content use, and your participation
The live session will be recorded. By registering, and separately by checking the “recording consent” checkbox, you acknowledge that your registration details and any participation you choose to provide may be captured and later used to deliver the live session and produce an on-demand recording.
You agree to participate respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the live session if this code of conduct is breached.
7. Intellectual property
All content presented during the Summit, and all materials made available to registrants — including presentation slides, the recorded session, and the “NTT GDC AI Infrastructure Report” — are owned by [Legal entity name] or its licensors. The trademarks “NTT”, “NTT DATA”, and “NTT GDC” belong to their respective owners.
8. No warranty
This website, the registration process, and the Summit itself are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website or the live session will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
