2. Itemised personal data being collected
We are asking you to consent to the collection and processing of the following personal data, submitted by you through the registration form on this website:
- Full name
- Company name
- Job designation / title
- Email address
- Country
- Phone number (including country dialling code)
- The advertising campaign, source, and medium that brought you to this page, the referring website, the page address you arrived on, and the click identifier assigned by the advertising platform you clicked through from, if any
- Browser-reported time zone, language, device type, and a temporary identifier used to recognise repeat visits within the same browsing session
- A record of the consent choices you make on this form (which boxes you checked, and when)
This notice covers only the data captured as part of this registration submission. Separately, this website also uses cookies and similar technologies, which are covered by their own itemised notice and consent mechanism in our Cookie Policy. These are kept separate, so registering for the Summit does not require you to also consent to that website tracking.
3. Itemised, specific purpose for each item of processing
| Purpose | Personal data used for this purpose |
|---|---|
| To register you for the Summit and confirm your place | Full name, company, designation, email, country, phone number |
| To send you registration confirmation and joining instructions | Email address |
| To send you optional event reminders (only if you separately opt in) | Email address, and/or phone number if used for SMS/WhatsApp reminders |

| To maintain a record that your consent was validly given | Your consent choices and the date/time they were recorded |
| To understand which of our own marketing activities brought you to this page, and report registrations back to the advertising platform concerned | Campaign/source/medium, referring website, page address, advertising click identifier |
| To understand our attendee base at an aggregate level and improve this website | Time zone, language, device type, session identifier |
| To evaluate and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns, using aggregated, non-identifying statistics only — shared with our advertising and social media partner, [Advertising & social media agency]. This does not include your name, email, phone number, or other information that identifies you individually. | Campaign/source/medium and device-type data, used only in aggregated, non-identifying form |
4. This consent is specific, not bundled
Consistent with the DPDP Act’s prohibition on bundling consent, the registration form asks for three separate, individually itemised consents, each of which you may accept or decline independently:
- Consent to this Privacy Notice, describing how your registration details will be processed (required to register).
- Consent to the session being recorded and to your registration details and any recorded participation being used to deliver the event and any post-event recording (required to register, since the session will be recorded).
- Consent to receive optional reminders and status updates about your registration (not required — you can still register without it).
Declining the optional reminder consent will not affect your ability to register for or attend the Summit.
5. How long we will keep your data
We retain your registration and consent records for [retention period] from the Summit date, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever is earlier, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Your rights as a Data Principal
- Right to access a summary of your personal data and the processing activities carried out on it.
- Right to correction and updating of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
- Right to erasure of your personal data once it is no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
- Right to nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Right to file a complaint with our Grievance Officer (Section 8 below), and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
7. How to withdraw consent or exercise your rights

10. Consent
By checking the consent boxes on the registration form, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice, and that you freely, specifically, and unambiguously consent to the processing described above for the stated purposes.
