Brendan McCarrick

Brendan McCarrick is a seasoned marketing and business development leader with a strong track record in driving growth and strategic initiatives across technology and experiential sectors.

He currently serves as Vice President of Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM) for NTT Global Data Centers, where he leads efforts to strengthen market presence, accelerate demand generation, and shape strategic positioning within the global data center and digital infrastructure landscape. In this role, Brendan combines deep expertise in brand strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional leadership to support NTT's expansion in AI-driven and hyperscale infrastructure markets.

Prior to NTT, he held key roles in experiential marketing and business development, bringing creative vision and operational excellence to client relationships and growth initiatives throughout his career.

Vimal Kaw

Country MD (India) & Global Sales Enablement Head, NTT GDC

Vimal Kaw is the Country MD – India and Global Head of Sales Enablement at NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited. With over two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in hyperscale data center strategy, product engineering, and large-scale digital infrastructure delivery.

In his dual leadership role, Vimal drives the global sales enablement agenda, enabling consistent, high-impact go-to-market execution across regions, while also overseeing India's strategic business priorities. He focuses on strengthening sales effectiveness, enabling cross-functional alignment, and supporting scalable, long-term growth.

Vimal works closely with global and regional sales, product management, and operations teams to build future-ready solutions that meet the evolving demands of hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and large digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.

He plays an active role in pre-sales strategy, complex solution design, customer engagements, bids and proposals, and executive-level solution presentations, contributing significantly to business expansion, revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Ixna Tjin

Director, Hyperscale Sales, NTT GDC

Ixna leads hyperscale sales strategy for NTT Global Data Centers across the region, working closely with cloud and platform clients to align capacity planning with long-term growth.

Konstantin Hartmann

Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Client Services, NTT GDC

Konstantin Hartmann is the Managing Director for the EMEA and Americas operations of NTT Global Data Centers. He has over ten years of experience building client-oriented processes and structures across markets with diverse client segments and requirements.

Konstantin joined e-shelter, now part of NTT DATA, in 2017, where he established the presales division to support sales activities. In 2019, he took over as leader of the Commercial Management business unit, assuming further responsibility for data center presales, product management, client delivery and client success management across EMEA. In July 2021, the Sales and Commercial business units of NTT Global Data Centers EMEA were merged under his leadership.

Konstantin holds a master's degree in management from the International School of Management in Frankfurt.

Divya Jain

Vice President, Enterprise Sales & Strategic Alliances, NTT GDC

Divya Jain is the Vice President, Sales at NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure, India, leading Enterprise Sales, Business Development, and Alliances for the organisation.

With over 27 years in the IT industry, Divya is an accomplished sales and business development expert with a demonstrated track record of fostering corporate growth through new technology, strategic alliances, and strong partner ecosystems. Her expertise spans IT infrastructure, cloud and managed services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and digital platforms.

This is Divya's second stint with NTT — she previously served as Head of Sales at Netmagic from 2009 for six years, and co-founded Orient Technologies Private Limited. She has also held a leadership role at Google Cloud India, growing business among SAARC nations and digital natives, as well as executive positions at Microsoft, Citrix and Akamai, building industry verticals, partners and tech alliances for demand generation.

Divya has completed a programme in organisational leadership from the Indian School of Business and a London Business School course on the entrepreneurial edge, start-ups and business. She lives in Mumbai with her husband and daughter, and enjoys travelling, table tennis and other sporting activities outside of work.
